Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Please note that some products may be restricted due to local regulations. For example, certain herbal ingredients such as Ashwagandha are not permitted in some countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

Yes. Some products cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local regulations. For example, Ashwagandha is restricted in some regions. To comply with these rules, we automatically remove restricted products from sale to customers in countries where they are banned. This helps avoid customs issues and ensures your order can be delivered without delays.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Processing time: All orders are typically dispatched within 20 hours of being placed.
United Kingdom: Standard Tracked 48 usually takes 2–3 business days. Special Delivery (Tracked 24) takes 1–2 business days. Orders over £100 are shipped with Tracked 24 included, arriving in 1–2 business days.
Europe: Orders are shipped via International Connect Plus. Delivery normally takes 3–10 business days, but in some cases may take up to 17 business days depending on local postal services and customs clearance.
Rest of the World: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs, usually between 7–20 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the United Kingdom, shipping costs are £2.99 for orders up to £17.99. Orders over £17.99 qualify for free shipping. For international orders, shipping to Europe is £22.99 GBP via FedEx Connect Plus. For all other countries, international shipping is £35.99 GBP.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
Yes. When we ship internationally, you may be required to pay import VAT, and in some cases duties or handling fees, depending on your country’s rules and the value of your order.
For customers in the European Union, all commercial goods are subject to VAT regardless of order value. For orders up to €150, VAT will apply, but customs duty is usually not charged. For orders above €150, both VAT and any applicable duties may be required by your country’s customs authority.
